I tried a new snickerdoodle recipe that was definitely more complex and involved more ingredients such as apple cider vinegar and cream cheese. The outcome? Extremely soft, wonderful texture, marvelous tasting cookie. For all the extra work, I still think my original recipe is better and I'll be sticking to that for a while. It still has yet to be trumped.
