I made a small batch so it only made a dozen cookies. When you bake these, substitute the white sugar for brown sugar (I adapted it in the recipe already) and these cookies would come out blissfully.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
6 Tbsp (3/4 sticks) softened unsalted butter
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cups Reeses Pieces
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 17 minutes.

My 9 Year Old Daughter picked this recipe off your blog for her very first completely on her own cookie baking. She printed off the recipe, mixed and cooked everything herself while I was working in my home office. I couldn't believe it- they were the best cookies I've ever eaten- seriously... they were perfectly balanced. Now, we're looking for lots of other recipes on your blog that we can make for Christmas.
My daughter made 6 dozen of these cookies! Wow!
Thanks for a great first cookie recipe!
I baked these for a friend who couldn't have chocolate. While mixing everything together I noticed they were really really dry. . So dry that they were not sticking together to form balls. So I quickly added some oil and I was good to go. Nice recipe, thank you.
I also had problems with the recipe being extremely dry. I added some additional butter and an egg, which appeared to work. Otherwise a tasty recipe. Thanks for sharing!
These cookies are so tastey!
My kids loved them :)
I decresed flour to 1 1/2 Cups and baked @ 350 for 13 Min.
