I haven't been to Disney World since I was little, but hoping to go back some day soon! My bf and I are Disneyland annual passholders here and love going whenever we can! I don't have any current experience with hotels and food at Disney World, but I love reading disneyfoodblog.com, which highlights and reviews different foods, places to eat, specials, tips for the parks, etc., at both Disney World and Disneyland. It's great and always makes me hungry :) Good luck!

if you know anyone in the military, and they are willing to go to DisneyWorld with you, you can get 4 day passes for $138! Also, a great website to check is mousesavers.com. My husband is in the air force (he's a JAG, and graduated from law school in 2009!) and we are currently stationed in Tampa and we have season passes to Disney world so I have a bit of experience with the parks. I dont, however have much experience with hotels since we typically drive there and back each time we go. A couple of quick notes.... to have a feeling you will really like the world showcase in epcot. Also, if you are going in may, keep in mind that at the end of may are star wars weekends which I think your boyfriend will like! I can tell you much more if you are interested. Let me know.
