This is Femke, all the way from Amsterdam. I&#39;d like you to claerify something. As I understand it this brownie is made in a pan on the stoof and not in an oven. If this is correct I wonder: do I have to use a baking or a cooking pan? My pan was a bit bigger so the brownies weren't quite as thick (and cooked faster... only 40 minutes). I will definitely make these again, but I might add chocolate chips for texture.
