I&#39;d like to make these cookies for my bf (he L-O-V-E-S PB!!) but wanted to ask you a couple questions before... just to make sure i don&#39;t screw them up lol!! <br /><br />Instead of doing half cup shortening/half cup butter, is it possibile to just do one cup of butter?<br /><br />Also, do you think they would still be good if instead of putting the kiss on top I mixed in some Hershey&#39;s milk chocolate chip into the dough? But I&#39;ve found that using other kinds of kisses, mainly filled ones, doesn&#39;t work out because they melt very quickly into a bloc. (she drops out of law school to open her own bakery in the movie).
