I tried this recipe, cutting it in half, adding walnuts, and cutting the brown sugar by a third-it seemed already sweet enough- and had to cut the oven temp down to 350, AND the cooking time down to
9 minutes or less, and then they were perfect. First time, following the instructions they were burnt. Maybe this is a fast oven- it's new to me. Very good comfort food!

I bake for my sons' teams and their friends. I hope one day they think back fondly to all the treats I lovingly made for them!
