I love a chewy cookie. I don't much care for fruit pies myself . . . my husband is a total fruit pie dessert person. I have some frozen rhubarb he is just begging me to do something with (eh!). I did make your s'mores the other day after looking at the printout for a couple of weeks. I've never incorporated graham crackers into a crust with butter and flour. I could've sat in front of the tv eating that scrumptious raw dough. I did ultimately put the whole thing together.
